Max Shipman

Program Associate

Max works on special projects, impact, and evaluation at the Just Transition Fund. Before joining JTF he was an analyst at the Virginia Economic Development Partnership, where he supported strategic planning efforts and initiatives to increase the state’s economic competitiveness. Max lives in Charleston, West Virginia, and was a 2019-2020 Impact Fellow at Generation West Virginia. Raised in Virginia, he graduated from the College of William & Mary.
